Processing time
I pack every order by hand. Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and you'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.
Rates
All orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives in 2–5 business days after shipping.
- Florida: $8 per box
- Rest of the continental US: $12 per box
Larger orders may need more than one box. Your shipping total is calculated automatically at checkout.
Where I ship
I currently ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. I'm not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
SkyBOX & freight forwarders
You're welcome to ship to your SkyBOX or other forwarding address. My responsibility ends once USPS delivers the package to that US address. Claims for damage must be made within 3 days of that delivery, per USPS tracking. Anything that happens after the forwarder receives your package is between you and the forwarder.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package seems lost, email me and I'll help sort it out with USPS.
